Even if your vision is fine - you NEED an eye exam. What can be seen through your eyes...

When is the last time you had your eyes examined?

It’s actually a very important appointment to make, regardless of your vision. Regular eye exams can detect some potentially hazardous health conditions that you’re unaware of and that your primary care doctor might have missed. Looking into your eyes can tell a good eye doctor if you’re at risk for some serious conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, stroke and autoimmune diseases. If you’re over the age of 40, those risks tend to rise.

The average adult should see an optometrist every 2 to 3 years, maybe more if your health or family history warrants it.
