There is a perceived difference between brown-eyed and blue-eyed men...

If you’ve got blue eyes – I’ve got bad news...

You may look lest trustworthy than your brown-eyed friends. Those are the results in a recent study from Charles University in Prague. Students were asked to look at an array of faces and indicate which ones they would trust the most. Brown eyes won for both men and women – but significantly more for men.

The researchers explained that it’s not actually the eye color that invoked the sense of trust. Men with brown eyes typically have bigger mouths and noses, broader chins and more prominent brows. These larger facial features tend to convey a stronger sense of trust and have deeper evolutionary roots.
