If you like to read – and you’re a woman – you’re probably holding that Kindle, book or magazine WAY too close... 

A new study from the University of California has determined that women tend to hold reading material much closer than men – and that can take a toll on their vision. 

The authors of the study say it helps to explain why many women suffer from age-related vision issues and need reading glasses or bifocals at an earlier age than men.
