Could cranberry juice really prevent cavities? Yes...

If you’d like to prevent cavities, drink some cranberry juice...

A recent study has determined that the anti-adhesion properties found in cranberries can help prevent cavity-causing oral bacteria from clinging to our teeth. There is a catch though. A lot of commercially marketed cranberry juice has a bunch of other ingredients that aren’t so good for your teeth and cancel out any benefit. You need to find unsweetened cranberry juice and avoid cranberry-infused juices such as cranberry-apple or cran-raspberry.
