If you’re ordering coffee for an energy boost – make it a latte...


The caffeine in that coffee might pick you up a bit – but make it a latte and it will last longer... 

Pairing caffeine with the protein you’ll get from the milk in a low-fat latte will enhance the effect, stave off hunger and boost energy more effectively. Consider topping that latte off with a sprinkle of cinnamon – and savor that smell as you sip. The scent of cinnamon can boost cognitive function and memory.
