We’ve all got a hidden built-in sleep aid....


If you have trouble falling asleep at night – hear this: 

Your ears have a few valuable insomnia acupressure points. Those sweet spots are on the outer rim of your ear. The first one is just below the top – and the next one is about half way down your ear. 

In order to activate your sleep spots – you’ll need to condition them a bit. Rub them gently for a few minutes each night at bedtime. Within 4 weeks, you’ll be dozing off faster and sleeping sounder.
