We could all learn a thing or two from a dog...

Most dogs can find their bone a lot faster than humans find their keys...

That’s because dogs don’t multitask. When dogs have a job they give it their all. Here are a few more tips we should take from our four-legged friends:

• Take a nap. Regular nappers are more alert and less likely to die from heart disease.

• Stretch often – it improves strength, energy and focus.

• Go for a walk every day. It helps keep depression, weight and illness in check.

• Drink water when you’re thirsty. Dogs can’t open that beer or soda – and are better off for it.

• Make new friends – it increases your life span.

• Live in the moment. Pets don’t plan or reminisce – it can actually undermine happiness.

• Don’t hold a grudge – you’ll have lower blood pressure and anxiety and higher self-esteem.

• Wag your tail. People who show gratitude are healthier with better attitudes.
