Researchers have found that those who go without for a short period of time, like a month, tend to overdo it and drink in excess when that time is up.
If you don’t intend to kick liquor to the curb for good – experts say you’re better off keeping your intake in check. Aim for light to moderate consumption and try alternating alcoholic drinks with non-alcoholic.
