On the other hand, they last way TOO long, environmentally speaking. Those shedded skins are taking up a lot of leg room in landfills - and we’re being asked to recycle them instead. But how many stocking soap holders or potato hangers does one household need?

We now have another option. Some hosiery companies are going environmentally-friendly. In the No Nonsense pantyhose package, you’ll now find a green card encouraging you to gather up all of your old hose and send them back.
