Chronic stress can take a toll on our bodies and some of us could be silently stressing out without knowing it. Here are some common symptoms of stress to watch out for:

• Adult acne: Stress increases the hormones and inflammation that leads to breakouts.
• Itchy skin: Stress can aggravate underlying conditions like dermatitis, eczema and psoriasis.
