The camera on your phone could help in an emergency. What to take some pictures of...

Do you have an emergency photo album?

It’s a really good idea and shouldn’t be too hard to create. If you’ve got an album option on your phone, taking pictures of some key documents and items could really help in an emergency:

• Your photo ID. You can cover sensitive information before taking the shot.
• Your health insurance card
• Your auto insurance card
• Your car's license plate
• Prescription medicine labels
• The name and number of an emergency contact
• Any valuables or irreplaceable items

Your emergency photo album may just come in handy even in non-emergencies. It’s a handy reference for information you don’t usually carry around and a good check list if your wallet is ever lost or stolen.
