If you like yogurt, be careful not to eat too much...

Good news for yogurt lovers:

A recent study found that regularly eating yogurt throughout your life can help to keep your blood pressure in check. The American Heart Association recommends we have 2 to 3 servings of low-fat dairy per day – and yogurt counts.

Just be careful you choose the right kind of yogurt. Regular yogurt can be counterproductive because it contains saturated fats and is usually high in sugars. Opt for low-fat, low sugar yogurt. And more is not better. Too much calcium can actually wind up increasing your blood pressure.
