Everything tastes better grilled - even cookies.

How about some delicious home-made cookies, right out of the… grill?

That’s right, according to Mrs. Fields bloggers, fresh-grilled cookies are possible. To grill delicious cookies, you’ll need to really clean your grill, unless you like a hint of hamburger in there. Here’s what you’ll need:

• pie tin

• oven thermometer

• cookie sheet

• cookie dough

• timer

After preheating your grill, turn off all the flames except for one on the far side of the grill. You need indirect heat to bake in the grill. Place the pie tin, upside down, on the other side of the grill, and your cookie sheet with raw cookies on top of that. It helps the hot air circulate and bake evenly. Try to maintain your grill heat around 350 degrees for about 20 minutes - and you’ll wind up with fresh-baked cookies, right off the grill.
