Video gamers have great reflexes - but that can be a problem. The good, the bad and the ugly...

Playing video games can actually be great exercise for your visual responses, reflexes and quick thinking skills - but there’s definitely a downside to that. 

More research is suggesting that boosting those skills can result in a dangerous reduction in impulse control. Gamers who have mastered first-person player games, destroying their enemies, train their brains to react and win without considering consequences. Experts warn that in real life, this can translate to impulsive and aggressive behavior, leaving gamers more prone to injury, anger, depression, and social isolation.
