If you’re ready for the seasonal closet switch – I’ll tell you which things to toss for good...

It’s that time of year again. We will be dragging out the sweaters and packing up the shorts...

If you’d like to make the most of your seasonal purge, personal stylist Marina Dobreva has a list of things that really should go for good:

• Faded Black Clothes: It's so easy to keep old faded black sweaters, tank tops, t-shirts and cardigans around. Put those in the donation pile and replace them with wool items that last longer and won’t fade.

• Shrunken Sweaters: It may have been your favorite – but that shrunken sweater won’t stretch out again and is taking up valuable space. Just let it go.

• Skin Tight T's: They don’t look good or natural on anyone. It’s time to loosen up a bit.

• Old Flats: Beat up flats and other shoes need to go! It doesn't matter how much you paid, how long you've had them, or what brand they are.

• Cargo Pants: Those 8 pockets are just too chunky. Cargo pants are dated now and getting rid of them will free up valuable space.

• Faded Light Denim: It was super popular a few years ago, but dark denim is in now and is much more flattering.

• Black Shoes: Yes, black shoes. Marina doesn’t like them. She says women need to replace those with nude tones that look better with everything.
