If you really need to remember something – mouth it...


Some of our most important thoughts hit us in the shower or while driving a car... 

If you can’t write it down – say it out loud. Saying a word or phrase aloud creates some mental glue to make it stick in your brain – and stand out among all the other information swirling around in there.

If you’re in a meeting or somewhere you’d rather not blurt out a random statement – just silently mouth that important thought or reminder. It’s actually just as effective as saying it aloud.
