If you like garlic – you’re going to love BLACK garlic...


If you like garlic, you might want to give black garlic a whirl...

Black garlic is fermented garlic and it’s super good for us. It’s got twice as many antioxidants as raw garlic and some other compounds that lower cholesterol and cancer risk.

Black garlic looks weird, it’s black and chewy – but garlic lovers love it. It’s great to cook with, has a sweet flavor and melts in your mouth without the pungent smell of regular garlic. It’s also easier to digest. If your local grocery store doesn’t carry black garlic yet, check in health food stores, gourmet shops or online.
