Go green!



Skip the coffee this afternoon and have some green tea instead...

Along with the energy boost – you’ll get a surge of concentration too. Green tea stimulates the pleasure centers in the brain, so you’ll be sipping some motivation along with all the other healthy compounds in there. After you drink your green tea – throw some in the cat box. Green tea is a natural odor reducer. Check out what else green tea can do:

• Helps with bad breath
• Prevents tooth decay
• Has natural anti-bacterial properties
• Repels fleas
• Increases metabolism
• Decreases inflammation

If you’re not a fan of drinking it, consider cooking with green tea. It’s a great compliment to oatmeal, smoothies, soups and salad dressing.
