Have you raised your body temperature today?

If you’re prone to sinus infections or would just like to stave off that potential virus – get really hot...

Jordan S. Josephson, medical director of the New York Nasal and Sinus Center, says viruses are heat-sensitive – and raising your body temperature kills them off fast and can actually prevent them from setting in.

The most effective way to do this is to soak in a hot bath for 20 minutes once a day at the first sign of a cold. The steam from a hot bath opens and drains your sinuses and can reduce the chances of it turning into an infection by 40% or more.
