Three things can really improve your memory. Get plenty of sleep, do a crossword puzzle and – wait, there’s one more, what was it...

Get plenty of sleep, do a crossword puzzle – and have a glass of milk!

If you’re suffering from too many Perry moments lately – dairy might just be the answer. The journal Nutrition Research says dairy can make a big difference in the forgetfulness department. Drinking milk on a daily basis keeps our keeps our phospholipids up. Those are important fats found in dairy products that help to keep our cell membranes healthy.

Daily doses of dairy improve our brain’s ability to adapt in the area where new memories are formed. The author of the study says adults over the age of 41 who kept those dairy levels up for six weeks showed significant improvement in that part of their brain.
