You’re probably getting out of bed in the morning all wrong...

When you get up tomorrow morning – take it REAL slow...

According to orthopedist Neil Kahanovitz, most of us get out of bed too fast. While we sleep at night, fluid seeps into the discs of the spine. Leaping out of bed before giving that fluid a chance to disperse can lead to back pain. Dr. Kahanovits says the right way to get out of bed is to roll to the side of your bed, hang your feet off the mattress and then use your arms to gently push yourself upright. Have a nice stretch and you’re ready to go.
