Which is more popular – vanilla or chocolate ice cream?
The latest Harris Ice Cream Poll is out and Chocolate takes the favorite spot at 28%. The next favorite flavors are: Vanilla 26%, Cookie Dough/Cookies and Cream is in third place, followed by Butter Pecan, Swiss Almond and Mint Chocolate Chip. Strawberry, Rocky Road, coffee and pistachio all made the list too – but in single digits.
The favorite topping is hot fudge, followed by nuts, caramel, whipped cream and sprinkles. 44% prefer their ice cream in a cup or dish, 30% in a cone. That leaves 26% eating their ice cream some other way – perhaps right out of the container?
