What you wear to work today could make all the difference...


If you could use a little extra confidence or creativity at work today – wear something green!

Although most of us can’t control the color of our environment, experts agree that color therapy can even more effective when it’s physically on us. Here are some options that could improve your performance on the job:

• Green has the tendency to ease anxiety and stress, while boosting energy. You don’t have to go all green all the time – a touch of green in the form of an accessory or handkerchief tucked into your pocket can do the trick. Just be sure to look at it for a minute when you need a boost.

• Wearing red is akin to having a cup of coffee, without the jitters. Having something cherry or tomato red on you will help you power through the day and stay more alert.

• Blue is a smart choice if you work in a chaotic or stressful environment. It helps to soothe and promote a sense of calm. Give something blue a good long look if you start to feel overwhelmed and could use a break.
