Want to burn some calories? Pick a fight!


Step away from the cozy fire and have some fun burning calories instead...

Some of our favorite winter pastimes can be productive workouts. 

• Snowball Fight: A 15 minute battle can burn 130 calories for the average person.

• Ice Skating: 45 minutes = 350 calories.

• Sledding: An hour of gliding down the hill - and trudging back up can burn upwards of 400 calories.

• Building A Snowman: All that squatting, pushing and heavy lifting can burn close to 300 calories.
