Interview Must

You should be the one askiing questions on a job interview...

On a job interview, you’re bound to be asked a lot of questions. Asking a few of your own is a great way to make a good impression on the interviewer. CareerBuilder.com has a few key questions that will help you both:

• What is a “day in the life” for someone in this role?

• Why is this position open?

• How do you think my background and skills meet your need for this position?

• How do I compare with others you have interviewed for this role?

• What are the next steps in the process from this point?

Preparing a list of key questions before the interview will show you’ve done your homework and give you some valuable insight. Go ahead and write them down, then choose just a few from your list to ask towards the end of the interview.
