If you’d like to lose some weight – sprinkle this on your food...

There’s something you can sprinkle on your food that can really help with weight loss – cayenne pepper. A recent study found that sprinkling about a half teaspoon on your food helps to curb appetite and can actually increase calorie burn.

Cooking with red peppers can help too. They contain the chemical capsaicin which can spur increased rates of fat burning.
