Want to lose some weight? Just stop eating wheat...

Most of the wheat Americans eat is refined, even the whole-grain variety - and our body processes that like sugar. If you’re sensitive to wheat to begin with, not only will you lose weight without it – you’ll probably have less headaches, fatigue and depression and wind up with more energy.
The bad news is, going without wheat is easier said than done. Wheat is everywhere – not just in breads and pastas. It’s in preservatives, soy sauce and even alcoholic drinks. If you do decide to drop wheat or cut back, make sure to replace it with foods like vegetables, brown rice, beans and lean protein like fish and chicken.
