Go ahead and eat that. Naturally orange food is super-good for us. Most of it is rich in anti-oxidants, vitamins and cancer-fighting compounds. We’ve got a pretty good list of orange foods to choose from like pumpkin, squash, sweet potatoes and carrots - cantaloupe, mangoes, oranges, peaches and peppers. Sorry - Cheetos, Cheez Whiz and candy corn don’t count – but pumpkin pie does!
