If you’d like to be more beautiful, naturally, head for the kitchen...

Your kitchen is full of natural beauty products...

Woman’s Day Magazine has some ingredients for just about every body part:

• Baking soda makes for a great exfoliant. Mix it with water into a paste to buff away dead skin cells and ward off breakouts with its antiseptic properties.

• Lemons are a great remedy for rough, scaly skin. The citric acid helps to expose the softer skin below. Just slice a lemon in half and rub it over your elbows, hells or knees.

• Used coffee grounds can help to treat cellulite. Mix them with some olive oil and massage that into any cellulite-prone areas for 2 minutes, before you shower, twice a week.
• Ginger Ale can whiten your nails. Submerge your nails in it for 10 minutes twice a week – and watch the yellow fade away.

• Parsley and yogurt can cure those circles under your eyes. Mix them in a food processor and apply that paste to the under-eye area. Let it sit there for 20 minutes and rinse with lukewarm water once a week.
