If you brush, then floss – consider switching that around...

Don’t forget to floss and brush – in that order...

The American Dental Association recommends flossing first. Once those hard-to-reach areas are clear of debris, your toothpaste and fluoride can work more effectively in those spots.

For the ultimate oral routine – don’t rinse right after you brush. Find something else to do for and avoid fluids for up to a half hour to let whitening agents and fluoride do their thing.
