If you’d like to look younger - get a face lift. If you’d like to look better - don’t bother. 

Cosmetic surgery patients were rated for looks after the fact and they looked younger all right - but only by about 2.1 years. Unfortunately, they didn’t look any better. After all that money and recovery, they were rated as “no more attractive” than their before shots.
