Coffee has been getting a lot of positive press for the past few years.
The more you drink, the better. Not so fast. There’s new research raining on coffee’s parade, which now says that more than four cups a day could kill you, or at least lead to premature death.
The research specifically warns the under age 55 coffee drinking crowd, and says all that caffeine can negatively affect the metabolism, cancelling out all the previously reported health benefits. It also found that heavy coffee drinkers were more likely to smoke, had poor fitness and had less healthy hearts and lungs.
