Find some wood, and start chopping. A recent study found that the act of chopping wood raises levels of testosterone more than playing competitive sports. Scientists measured levels in Bolivian men and found that those who were lumberjacks had significantly higher testosterone after a day on the job than their soccer playing neighbors. They also found that the woodsmen kept those levels up throughout the course of their life and were likely to have six or more children.
