Can falling in love make you fat? Yes.
A recent study of lovebirds found that more than 60% of them admit they gained about 14 pounds after falling in love. A whopping 72% of them say their partner put on weight. The love-gain phenomenon makes sense as most couples say they tend to stay in more and bond with food.
The same survey found some other unattractive aspects to being in love. Personal grooming often takes a dive for both men and women, especially in the shaving department.
