• Fish sticks: They’re heavily processed, loaded up with chemical preservatives, and then deep fried. Aside from the chemical concerns, this food is packed with tons of fat and sodium.
• Fast Food Hamburgers: They are loaded with everything that's bad for you. These fatty meat patties pack are loaded with calories and packed with preservatives.
• Mozzarella Sticks: While mozzarella itself is one of the healthier cheeses, it doesn't have much redeeming value when its battered, breaded, and deep fried.
• Ice Cream: Eat just two cups of plain, vanilla ice cream, and you'll have had your entire day's allotment of saturated fats. Ice cream is most dangerous in milkshake form. A large shake could contain around 1,000 calories.
