If you had an array of pens and pencils in front of you – which one would you choose to write with? 

Handwriting experts say our choice is a major subconscious statement and can reveal something about our personality. Here’s what your ink is saying:

• Standard blue: You are basically non-aggressive with a warm, friendly nature.

• Bright blue: You may be high-strung, sensitive and lacking in physical energy.

• Black: You’re the dominant, ambitious type and like to be in charge.

• Red: You’ve got a big ego, love new ideas and you’re probably a bit opinionated and dramatic.

• Purple: You are NOT spontaneous or impulsive and may even be on the boring side.

• Brown: You’re the creative type who is friendly and a bit insecure.

• Green: You’re smart, analytical and probably a bit aloof.

If you reached for the pencil instead of a pen, you have excellent concentration skills. You’re the discriminating type and are prone to focus on precision.
