If you’ve got some honey handy - smear some on your face. Beauty from the bees, coming up...

It might sound sticky - but honey is really good for our skin...
It’s a natural antioxidant and bacteria killer that is good for us inside and out. Honey has been used medicinally for thousands of years to treat burns and wounds and it even gave Cleopatra her healthy glow. Applying honey directly to the skin can help lock in moisture, heal blemishes, combat wrinkles and improve elasticity.
If you can stand being sticky, smear some honey on your face and let it work it’s magic for about 15 minutes before washing it off. Natural raw honey with no additives is the best. You can treat your whole body to the benefits of honey by adding ¼ cup to a warm bath. You’ll have a fragrant sweet soak which will leave your skin feeling silky and smooth, not sticky. If you’d like to bathe Cleopatra style, add some milk, preferably from a goat.
