If you check ingredients when you shop – take this shortcut...

Checking the ingredients on packaged items can triple your time spent in the grocery store. There is a faster way to do it. Opt for the item with the shortest list. The “Ingredients” area is different than the “Nutrition Facts” – and anything after the first 2 lines is usually just filler, enhancers or additives we don’t need.

Nutrition experts say in almost every case – the item with the shortest list of ingredients will be the healthiest choice.
