After that interview, it’s important to follow up with a thank you note - just make sure you don’t go over-board. Monster.com has a list of post-interview don’ts:
• Don’t send a gift. It’s just inappropriate and looks like a bribe.
• Don’t “friend” the interviewer on Facebook. It’s unprofessional.
• Don’t follow up with a call the next day – that’s too soon and can come across as aggressive or desperate.
