5 pm. According the a study from Albany Medical College in New York, the risk of injury during exercise is lowest between 3 and 6 pm. At 5 pm, most of us will find our muscle strength, flexibility, hand-eye coordination and lung function at their peak.
That exercise time frame is also the best to keep your circadian rhythm in sync. A late-afternoon stroll, jog or workout will help maintain the timing of your internal clock.
