If you’ve just gotta have chips – find a baked option. Those healthy sounding choices usually aren’t. Granola bars and wheat thins actually have a lot of processed elements in there, which are bad. The same goes Kashi and other cereal bars. Aimee says the Nutri Grain bar is okay – but Fig Newtons are the best in that department.
If candy is in order, Peanut m&ms are the way to go. In the cookie row, punch in the Oreos number. They’ve got a shorter list of ingredients and aren’t overly processed. If you’re feeling really naughty, go ahead and get the Pop Tart or the Rice Krispies Treats. Those are considered bad choices.
