What time will you go to sleep tonight? The ideal bedtime...


In order to get the most benefit from sleep tonight – you’ll need to start around 11 pm... 

According to Dr. Joseph Mercola, author of “Take Control of Your Health,” your body is hard-wired to do most of its recharging between 11 pm and 1 am. If you’re asleep during that window, you’ll wake up feeling more refreshed and energized.

In order to hit that sweet sleep zone, you’ll need to prep your body ahead of time. Lights out at 10:30! Now would be a good time to start practicing your new bedtime, seeing as we’ll all get to readjust anyway, when we gain an hour on November 4th.
