Apparently, a lot of good hiring managers have “secret agents” watching you. Rusty Rueff of Glassdoor.com, says smart recruiters may ask for feedback from anyone you’ve come in contact with. It could be the travel agent, the driver that picked you or anonymous office staff just walking by. It’s a good idea to be prepared to make eye contact, smile or engage in some chit-chat with anyone while you’re waiting – even if it’s another applicant.
