New research says fooling around in the morning can do wonders for your health! A little “quality time” in the morning can go a long way for both genders. For women, morning intimacy releases estrogen, which makes hair shinier, nails stronger and gives skin a healthy glow for the day. For most men, testosterone levels spike overnight which means they’ll likely wake up “in the mood.”

The research revealed some other health benefits for the morning lovers. They raised their immunity levels and lowered their chances of catching a cold. Enjoying good mornings just 2 to 3 times a week also lowered blood pressure and risk of stroke and heart attack for both genders.
