Too Much Watermelon

Watermelon is really good for us – but can we eat too much?

Just about every supermarket has got a giant display of watermelon right in front. They’re well worth the struggle. They’re 92% water – but that other 8% packs a powerful punch. Watermelon is loaded with vitamins and minerals and is good for prostate health, erectile dysfunction and can even lower blood pressure.

Don’t get crazy though – you CAN eat too much watermelon. Consuming large amounts of the lycopene in there can leave you with a tummy ache, nausea or bloating.
