Would you lend money to a neighbor?

Most people might offer to watch a neighbor’s house or grab their mail while they’re away – but how many people would lend money to their neighbor? According to research by State Farm Insurance – 15% of people are THAT neighborly. Here are some other good neighbor statistics:

• 45% say they would help a neighbor look for a job.

• 44% would cook them a meal.

• 32% would help with babysitting.

• 10% would actually let their neighbor move in with them for a while.

All told – a whopping 83% of neighbors claim they are willing to help another neighbor who is having financial problems.
