Most of us have too much information printed at the top of our personal checks. Linda Foley of the Identity Resource Center says consider having your address removed the next time you order a batch. It’s too much information for potential identity thieves. If you do remove your address – you might just notice LESS junk mail in your future too. When you use a check, everyone who holds it – from the store or company to the bank – has everything they need to add your name to their mailing list.
