That next angry outburst could take a real toll – on your heart. The risk of anger...

The next time you’re tempted to go ballistic – take a deep breath. 

That angry outburst could trigger a heart attack or stroke in some people. A recent study found that people who raged were more at risk for two hours following the outburst. According to Harvard Medical School’s Dr. Murray Mittleman, the relative risk for healthy hearts was similar for people who had known pre-existing heart disease. If you’ve already got a heart condition, you really need to chill, because angry outbursts put you at an even more serious risk of bursting an artery.
