Memory on the fritz? Drink this tea.

If your memory is failing – write this down: Drink some tea. 

Scientists have found that certain brews can sharpen memory and focus and even stave off Alzheimer’s and dementia. That’s because they contain compounds that inhibit memory-zapping enzymes in the brain. The best brews for a memory boost are green and black teas and herbal teas containing spearmint or rosemary.
