Where is the best spot in your home to hide your valuables?

If you stash your valuables in a closet, dresser drawer or freezer – you’re making a burglar’s job a LOT easier...  

According to Michelle Boykins, of the National Crime Prevention Council, those are the first places they’ll look. 

The best hiding place is actually in the laundry area, most crooks forget to look there. Burglars are also less likely to spend a lot of time checking hard to get places above eye level. If it’s inconvenient for you to get to it – it’s harder for them too.
